Help!!

I have this app and upgraded, although apple is not getting that info. The app works perfect while I am on wifi with the camera, but will not show feed when I am on cellular data. I am using this as a nanny cam. When I go to the url it does not allow audio. Is there a way for the app to work on data and not on the same network?
